My wife had to contact the JCCF recently as her workplace have barred her from entering her workplace and forced her to work from home for the duration of her contract or until the vaccine mandates are lifted.
The JCCF had her in contact with a lawyer in just a couple days and they were able to give her a list of options depending on how she wants to proceed. The consult was free and the fact we got in touch with them on a weekend was surprising.
If you're in Canada and find yourself questioning if what your workplace is asking of you is legal or not or just want options I would recommend contacting the JCCF.
