Which country is the best place to study #FreeSoftware?
United States, Germany, or France? Netherland, Spain, or Italy?
I know the Internet is the best place. I am looking for the second 😀

I would say that really anywhere in Europe seeing as you'd be a train ride away from most of the countries you mentioned. United States or Canada would limit you in that regard. I would pick Switzerland or Luxombourg but that's because I redpect their stance on privacy laws and personal freedom rather than software reasons.
