So apparently back in 2019 a Facebok content moderator working as a sub contracted worker got about $15/hr to have to view offensive material that included videos of murder and remove it from Facebook. Not going to lie, as bad as that sounds I used to work doing tech support for Apple in 2017 for $12/hr and would have traded places in a heartbeat to just not have to deal with live people.
