So it looks like in Dragon Age: The Veilguard you can give your character scars for top surgery as well as adjust their bulge size. I mean this is EA we're talking about so I already could have woken up from a drunken stupor and found a dozen reasons to not give them money but Jesus how far they have fallen.

I finished first person adventure game "Kona" recently. It had some really good mechanics that make it a survival game without the need to be mashochistic. The story was good as well. Also for those that live in Canada it takes place in Quebec during 1970 so there's some nostalgia happening as wella s some good historical mentions. It has a native Linux version, uses the Vulkan API and is available DRM free at GOG.

Marshmallow
In ancient times, marshmallow, and related species provided food in good times and in bad. The leaves were eaten cooked or raw. Egyptians, Romans and the inhabitants of Syria incorporated this plant into their diet. The youngest leaves are even considered a delicacy. Marshmallow leaves are amazingly mild and palatable, with the demulcent, slippery constituents taming the fuzz, that might otherwise be offputting to some. This plant as both food and fodder is visible in the writings of Romans, Horace (who found it Ode-worthy) and Virgil. Roots were boiled, then fried with other ingredients. These have long served as a supportive preparation, particularly in times of crop failure.
