@boilingsteam

I prefer Pine64 devices over RBP because they're more FOSS friendly from what I can tell.

@boilingsteam

Tuba is the one I use the most and the one I would recommend the most.

What client(s) do you use to read your Fediverse / Mastodon feeds? Any recommendation if you tried many of them? Please mention OS as well.

🎙️ @cas and @pabloyoyoista had a great time as guests of the @sustainoss podcast! We remixed the episode by adding some additional discussion at the beginning and end and put it into our feed as well.

Topics:
* the massive, refurbished phone market
* structure of the project
* growing organically
* why we think upstreaming is important
* funding pmOS
* and more!

Thanks to @richlitt for doing the original interview!

Does #repology have a way to filter a page like repology.org/project/kwallet/v to show only the currently supported distributions? I.e. hide Fedora before 39 and so on?

The Redot Engine project has a new video up showing how to install the engine.

Redot is a fork of the Godot game engine. It's in response to the Godot project mass banning people for political BS. I'd encourage anybody effected by the Godot nonsense that can't just up and switch to a different engine to use Redot.

The project's main website is here:

https://www.redotengine.org/

Redot's source code can be found at Github:

This week's donation went to Maxime Gauduin who is also known as "alucryd". He's a software developer that contributes to Arch Linux among other projects. He is also a maintainer of over 450 packages for Arch.

He has a profile at Github:

github.com/alucryd

He has a profile at Gitlab:

gitlab.com/alucryd
gitlab.archlinux.org/alucryd

You can see which packages he maintains here:

If you wish to help him financially he accepts donations through Github Sponsors.

Heya folks! Sync will be delayed until tomorrow (or later today, depending on where you live). We wanted to get kernels and firmware in to fix issues that some people are having. See you in the morning!
