Liberapay now better supports donations to creators in the US.

Donors can once again choose to pay by SEPA Direct Debit, and they can now fund multiple donations with a single payment instead of having to pay each recipient separately.

However, grouped payments are currently always settled in France, so they're international even when the donor and all the recipients are in the US.
