Since 2020 we saw staffing shortages all over as part of a “worker’s revolt”. This caused wages to go up for entry level jobs to retain staff. This was reported as a good thing.

But when nurses do it it’s a problem?! But that’s not even the full story. Lots of nurses pushed out of their hospital over 💉 mandates find employment as a traveling nurse. It’s a bonus that they find better pay and working conditions doing it. These people want to take that away.

I'll be making some music with libre software on Linux, answering your questions and playing viewer submitted music.

So if you've made some music with open-source tools, submit it! I may play it live for everyone to enjoy and get inspired by!

This is depressing to think about nonfree firmware eating the world:

Uncompressed source code of Linux 5.16.7: 1.1GB

The "source" of nonfree firmware: Over 700MB and growing so it's a good percentage of the size of the ENTIRE KERNEL ITSELF.

Free firmware with actual source code? 24.5MB and not growing
