This week's #blendsday prompts were dice, pear, raft, bridge, and steps. I made a D4 with card suits on it, and sculpted a pear
FOSS space trading game "Naikari" has been updated to version 0.2. This update fixes a whole boatload of issues as well as adjusts and tweaks game play elements. It is a fork of the 2D space shooter "Naev". The code is licensed using GPLv3.0.

In it's current state, it's absolutely still an enthusiest/tinkerer class device only. Expect to screw around in software and maybe even hardware. Read the wiki pages. This is absolutely not a foolproof device for the layperson.
What it _is_ is my new favorite device ever. Still not my everyday carry (that's currently my Nokia N900), but absolutely brilliant when it's what I'm looking for.

The #FreedomConvoy2022 was slandered in the press with flimsy and baseless accusations eventually used to declare the emergencies act and seize assets without due process. This is not merely state propaganda, but the weaponization of the press against the people. https://twitter.com/denisrancourt/status/1502754297125216258#m
Finally, a Canadian public health agency catches up to what censored doctors from a year ago!
Americans said that they hated freedom 100 years ago because the environment was dirty, there were murders, and medicine was dangerous, but the US is now a police state and the environment is still dirty, there are still murders, and medicine is still dangerous.
Johnson is not a freedom guy and he thinks government can be used to solve a lot of his pet problems. But I love the meme, and it's a damn shame so many Republicans are anti-weed.
As a guy who builds AR-15s and has voted Republican for 30 years, I'm a pot smoker who believes people need to live with the consequences of their actions and choices. More importantly, other people need to mind their own damned business.
And who makes the decision whether you “passed” the background check or not?
Exactly.
This is a slippery slope - pretty soon, no one would pass a background check, making any firearms sale illegal.
As I said in an earlier post, when they come to take our guns away, that’s when the real fun will begin.
Don’t pass a law that you cannot enforce except by the barrel of a gun, because there is a good chance one will be pointed right back at you, legal or not.
Just sayin…..

I figured out an easy way to do 16MB SPI on X230 (upgrade from 12MB). Osboot builds 16MB ROMs now. There are 2 ICs: 8 and 4MB. Replace 4MB with 8MB, yes?
Well: even if you adjust region bases/limits in ifdtool, it won't boot. There are bits defining sizes. I RE'd the location. IFD stores 32-bit little endian words; screenshot shows reversed bytes in xxd -e.
See: 25. Least 3 bits is 101 (5), making 8MB. The others are 100 (4); change to 5, making the byte 2D.
Split the ROM and flash it. Easy.

Mask mandates don't work, so they will be extended. The two mandates that do work won't be used anywhere. https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/mask-mandates-dont-work-so-they-will?
I have been gaming since 1992 and building PCs since 2003. I enjoy Linux, supporting FOSS projects and am a tinfoil hat connoisseur.
Many FOSS projects rely on donations. If you have money to spare but don't know which to donate to take a look at the above links on Ko-fi, Github, and Open Collective. Anything on there that I have sponsered or contributed to is something I have found to be worthy.
