I just recently noticed that ProtonVPN is available on Flathub. I either missed this or never noticed. In any case this is great because for systems I have that don't use a Debian based OS it's now much easier to get Proton VPN installed. I tried it on my Pinebook pro which I use PostmarketOS on and the Flatpak version of Proton VPN worked great.

#Intuit has done a lot of evil lately -- like doubling the costs of #QuickBooks Desktop every year, eliminating the ability to even use it longer than a year, and then killing off their point of sale and CC processor without actually contacting their users -- but I take personal issue with their latest stunt: removal of changelogs/release notes for the current version (2024). The company that recently released a buggy version of QB 2023 that literally (and we can only assume "accidentally") *doubled* the charges on invoices no longer wants you to know what they've fixed in their updates. Coincidence, I'm sure.

I have a lot of accountant clients -- does anyone have any good experiences with QB alternatives? I'm looking at pushing them to Manager.io
