Jab math for children: Vaccinate almost 38,000 kids (with hundreds of serious side effects), stop one Covid hospitalization

You read that right. 38,000 to 1, per a new British study. At best. Not counting side effects. Yet the Centers for Disease Control is STILL pushing these on kids.

This week's donation went to DivestOS. It's a degoogled version of Android that has been forked from LineageOS and has a focus of trying to remove as many closed source blobs as they can. At last count they removed over 700 blobs depending on device. Some of the things they remove that few, if any, other mobile distros do is Widevine DRM as well as having Google-free eSIM activation. Divest also supports bootloader relocking on many devices which few other similar projects do. It includes F-Droid out of the box. It's a great option if you're looking for more privacy and security for your mobile device.

This update adds support for hiding notifications content when the screen is locked, the lock screen now shows estimated time to charge your phone, built-in theme switching is now available; and more. Ubunutu Touch is a great option for those that want to escape Apple or Google. What it lacks in app support it makes up for in stability and ease of use. Starting from a few days ago, Software Heritage records nar SHA256 hashes of directories, meaning that #Guix can now query content by hash without further ado:
issues.guix.gnu.org/68741

That’s a great step forward, fixing an impedance mismatch between Guix and SWH.

👍 to the amazing folks at @swheritage!!

Code editor "Zed" has now been open sourced by it's creators. The Zed editor will be GPL licensed while server-side components are AGPL licensed. The GPUI UI framework that powers Zed will be under an Apache 2.0 license. Currently it's only available as a .dmg and as source code so if you're on Linux or BSD you'll have to build from source. Hopefully this changes soon.
