This week's donation went to the Artix Linux distro. It is a distro based off of Arch Linux. It offers a choice of init systems including OpenRC, Runit, S6, and Dinit. It also offers a selection of desktop environemnts including Cinnamon, Mate, LXDE, LXQT, Plasma and XFCE. There are also community editions of Mate and Plasma that have more preinstalled packages for those that want to have to install less afterwards. Artix uses the Calamares installer and allows you to choose between BTRFS, Ext4, F2FS, and XFS for your filesystem. Artix is a great distro if you want a wide selection of choices to make the distro yours. I can't think of any other distro that offers so much choice.
The main website is here:
They have a forum here:

If you want to help the project financially you can do so through Paypal, Liberapay, and Monero:
I have been gaming since 1992 and building PCs since 2003. I enjoy Linux, supporting FOSS projects and am a tinfoil hat connoisseur.
Many FOSS projects rely on donations. If you have money to spare but don't know which to donate to take a look at the above links on Ko-fi, Github, and Open Collective. Anything on there that I have sponsered or contributed to is something I have found to be worthy.
