Curious about the Linux OS powering cutting-edge science?
🌌 CERN and Fermilab have adopted #AlmaLinux as the successor to Scientific Linux.
With RHEL compatibility, extended support, and community backing, it's perfect for labs—and your PC: https://www.neowin.net/news/scientists-at-cern-and-fermilab-are-using-this-linux-distro-after-scientific-linux-retired/ #Linux
EDIT: this should no longer be necessary, please ensure your pmbootstrap is up to date (latest git master) and if you did run the below command reset it with pmbootstrap config -r mirrors.systemd (after updating)
if you're trying to use pmbootstrap and run into an issue because the systemd staging repo can't be found, doing the following will prevent it from attempting to fetch the (now missing) repo
$ pmbootstrap config mirrors.systemd none

I have been gaming since 1992 and building PCs since 2003. I enjoy Linux, supporting FOSS projects and am a tinfoil hat connoisseur.
Many FOSS projects rely on donations. If you have money to spare but don't know which to donate to take a look at the above links on Ko-fi, Github, and Open Collective. Anything on there that I have sponsered or contributed to is something I have found to be worthy.
