@AvatarX 5, I think? I shut a bunch of em down, and will probably close out my #Pleroma accounts soon. Trying to get rid of accounts I don't use anymore.

@realcaseyrollins I feel they were more than 5. I only got 2. The BitcoinHackers(.)org one and of course this Gab account. And Gab keeps getting better in terms of performance. When they release a way to roll your own up to date Gab instance easily. Will you be checking that out?

@realcaseyrollins@us.tv shouldn't count, that's PeerTube. The other accounts are actually dead, I think (I'll have to check on mastodon.social tho). Some of those instances, like OST Social and GabFed don't even exist anymore lol

As far as rolling out a personal instance, I'm leaning towards Pleroma, at least for the backend. I'd like to try and use @alex's Soapbox though, it seems to me to be better than @gab. I don't plan on going back to Gab either, unless at least Torba and Disco are no longer running things over there. So i don't know what the software there is like, but replies from Mastodon to Gabbers still don't work properly with any consistency.

@realcaseyrollins Well, Pleroma seems ok I guess. In any way. It is good you are trying out what the fediverse has to offer.

@AvatarX It's pretty nice, esp. as a backend while running the #Mastodon FE, but as a whole I do prefer #Mastodon
