Just watched #TaylorSwift's video for "The Man", and I'm wondering if she wants people to treat her seriously or not. Like the whole video is such a joke to a ridiculous degree.
However, if consumers take it seriously, especially men, it would prove to be a very, very damaging and destructive message for men.
I will say in the video's defense that while #TaylorSwift's acting was quite lacking at parts, the makeup work done for her is groundbreaking and quite an achievement. It genuinely deserves to win some sort of reward.
