If I owned Microsoft the first thing I would do is open source windows but without Microsoft stuff kinda like android and then make normal windows free with ads and remove ads form windows 10 pro and then make windows more modern and make windows legacy for old software if they made the software worth it people would still buy it

1. FOSS Windows
2. Windows as it is (but with ads)
3. Windows Legacy (I'm guessing a supporting version of Windows 7)
4. Windows Pro (which has an overhauled UI and no ads)
