PSA read a story about somebody who was wearing the same mask every waking minute, bacteria collected and compounded with carbon monoxide poisoning (she wasn't getting enough air) and she now has a lung condition she needs three different medications for.

Lesson of the day: don't wear a mask all the time, and don't keep wearing the same one over and over again if you do. Or at least get one that's washable.
