Anybody know if the #DC internet blackout reports are credible? Based on the mixed reporting I've heard, I think it might be targeted...
@realcaseyrollins From what I’ve seen, it’s a disinfo campaign. Signal jamming in localities may have occurred at the direction of the Secret Service, and some load-shedding behaviour due to the number of cellphones, but no blackout.
Mainly gaming/nerd instance for people who value free speech. Everyone is welcome.
