@realcaseyrollins There are decades of reform proposals. Maybe Tucker Carlson has been unaffected by police abuse and police racism, so he never had enough interest to read up about the reform proposals.

Most likely he was not made aware of them. He wanted to know specifically what these protestors want, and actual proposed police reforms from the current band of protestors have not at all been well publicized.
I only found out about the #NAACP's reforms because one person mentioned it on #Instagram.
