Looks like rioting has started in #DC, people just started smashing the windows of stores and police cares.
Not very much violence beyond that, however.
Looks like protesters are arguing about whether or not they should be smashing windows.

@Locksmith Perhaps. But tonight's protests were the most peaceful nighttime protests yet.
@realcaseyrollins after nearly 4100 arrests across the country from the last I heard, I would suspect manpower is being depleted.
