What are you basing that 2.135 stat on? You can find plenty of numbers that show that black people have more violent interaction with police, but that's largely because so many of them are poor and as a consequence end up committing more crimes where police get involved, and isn't necessarily an indicator of racism.
So if you're saying you're over 2x as likely to be a victim compared to a white in your neighborhood, this is based on a neighborhood-level analysis, right?

@dave @lnxw37a2 BTW I did run my own stats, which generally found that the rate of being shot to death by police by race in relation to being arrested is fairly negligible, 0.007% for blacks in comparison to 0.006% for whites.
