The entire #GeorgeFloyd situation is really unveiling the ugly underbelly of anti-white racism as never seen before
@icedquinn @realcaseyrollins The militarization has been a problem for a while. Police departments want to spend their budgets or else they loose them. They should spend them on martial arts training and pensions and cost of living raises instead. Pushing their discretionary spending that direction will help. Police unions should probably go away. I agree with Donut Operator's take on this somewhat, but he also has the fog of actually being a decent cop:
@realcaseyrollins It's also very anit-cop. I use to be anti-cop when I was in my 20s, mostly because I saw friends busted for
but the laws have gotten better. policies have gotten better. It's not perfect. There is a long way to go, but the answer has never been hating the cops. It should always be hating the policy.
There are bad cops out there. Barnes Law said it's probably like 8%~10% psychos, and police cameras have helped significantly. But disbanding cops? That's insanity!
