Plan A: Let it grow, they figure it's only a matter of time before it all collapses and it'll show people what a bad idea trying to be independent is
Plan B: If it grows to large, send in the guard to take them off the map. Pay off the media to push stories of chaz raping women or something so the public sides with the gov
