@realcaseyrollins No clue, my friend. I'm reading several news services and it seems the actual file hasn't been fully released- but he has been investigated more than once for unnecessary force.

The meme is still fairly valid imho. We see too much of police being allowed to get away with crimes.

@realcaseyrollins That is a fair question. He certainly used unnecessary force against a kneeling protester, though. If he did it now, it is more likely he's done it before.
