Are there really people who can't go a day or two without eating meat? Like c'mon, just because I enjoy burgers doesn't mean I die without them.

@mewmew The problem is, there isn't really a whole lot of non-meaty foods that can actually fill you up

I mean I technically * could * live on popcorn, Pringles and Doritos...by why? Just why?

@realcaseyrollins @mewmew I don't know about that. i'd say there are a fair amount, we are just generally used to eating a lot of meat for protein. its certainly much easier to eat less meat in the US. My gf was fully vegan for a bunch of years, but it just became too bothersome to be vegan where i am because of lack of options.

@Locksmith @mewmew Less meat, absolutely. No meat? Nah, bruh. I can't abide by that, I'm sorry.

@realcaseyrollins @mewmew I like food too much to completely cut out anything honestly, but i don't have a problem with people choosing to go like vegan or carnivore or w/e they want. She went vegan for health reasons and so as not to support things like factory farming (which i don't think is really an issue here). Seems eating meat doesn't affect her like it did previously though.

@Locksmith @mewmew I'm 100% for people eating whatever they want, I'm not against vegans at all. It's just not for me.
