Dang we need more people on this IT team
@milo LOL no we have only like 7 IT people and we're getting anywhere between 80 and 150 tickets/calls per day
@milo LOL it's not that; we just deployed new Virtual Desktop software (for users who need access to our resources over VPN) but a whole lot of people don't really know how to use it, and they keep calling us with a combination of complicated errors and simple tasks
We're all barely keeping up and I'm treading water with my own tickets
