Right now, the Notifications appears as "so-and-so liked your post".
It would be fun to tweak it based on the response emoji, such as so-and-so:

* Liked your post ❤️
* Enjoyed your post 😆
* Couldn't believe the post 😮
* Cried at the post 😥
* Got tired after reading the post 😩

@realcaseyrollins @kansara It says "liked" for 👍 and "reacted to" for the others. It's possible to create a map of names for each emoji, but on the backend Pleroma supports thousands of them.
