you cannot conclude that from what he has said. You cannot separate sexes of an ethnic group even if as in Europe males are the first to come in. entire family groups will enter and regroup.

Don't lecture your readers if you want to convince them. You look it up and present the evidence which may be
1) a theory and
2) may come from biased studies. Women do as much harm in society as men albeit in different ways. How about now, women politicians refusing to take action against dangerous rioters who belong to the same political side. Women inflict just as much damage.
