Maybe! although I guess some people have different accounts that serve completely purposes, and I'm referring specifically to accounts set up to be used in the case of an instance outage.

luckily i don't really have to worry about this since i run my own server.
i'm thinking i might have a small period of outage though in the future.
i'd really love to try out misskey as it looks to be pretty much what i've been looking for in the fediverse.

only problem is i've failed to setup a test server on my testing machine so i'm not switching till i can manage to get a test server running first.
then i'll understand what is needed for it to work on my primary rig.
