good point from Windows Weekly podcast now:
if Microsoft buys #tiktok then it will be essentially stealing and a stain on good reputation of Microsoft,
so it's another good reason why Microsoft should not buy stupid tik tok
now live:
> Good reputation of #Microsoft
@realcaseyrollins @CSB exactly the same line iw as looking at lol.
@Locksmith @realcaseyrollins well, MS has good reputation in many enterprises
@CSB @realcaseyrollins I mean, i can’t speak for “many enterprises”, but the impression i get about MS at that level is “widely used and not the worst”. Basically just another company to get some important tools from, not that they have a particularly good reputation.
@CSB @Locksmith This is true. Office 365 and the #Xbox are the only two #Microsoft properties that are succeeding, they kinda need #TikTok.
@realcaseyrollins @Locksmith and their public cloud is super succesful too
@realcaseyrollins @CSB @Locksmith VS Code isn't making them any money but I'm hard pressed to find a dev that isn't using it.
@GreenZeta @realcaseyrollins @CSB i was about to say i literally know zero devs that use VS Code, but thats a lie, i know 1.
@Locksmith @realcaseyrollins @CSB I know a few nihilists that use eclipse
@realcaseyrollins @CSB thats consumer level. pretty sure MS is doing quite well on the enterprise front.
