The three keys I have found for improving my mental state and feeling happier:
1. Pray (like really pray) at least once a day
2. Drink a cup of water
3. Exercise
Key 2 is important if you're going to do Key 3! Do it first! Your muscles need water!!
Do these actions in the morning when you wake up for maximum effect, it makes your whole day better.
