@p @Caligula @judgedread @matrix I think it's good that @matrix runs Mastodon. It gives people who want Mastodon and a cool admin an option.
I just don't like it re-encoding video and downsizing images plus a 50 kB emoji limit.
Granted, Misskey has FFMpeg as a dependency but that's only to get a thumbnail for the video (something I wish Pleroma did) and they said they have no plans to start re-encoding video.

They deserved an F for about 30 minutes

@p @Caligula @judgedread TL;DR: I'm sort of on a test server so when Fran tries something and it causes networking, hypervisor, etc. to crash my instance goes down.

I even have a special "Blame Fran" button on my control panel.
