The riots continuing is the failure of the democratic mayors. The federal level actually has little power in enacting anything on the states as far as I know. This is prime TDS. The only reasons the feds were able to be deployed is that because federal buildings has been hit

By actually accepting the federal involvement that Trump was offering early on, and that he was spat on for it? The mayors were outright spitting on Trump BTW.
