@coolboymew I always wonder why Nintendo goes after fangames made solely out of love when people are literally selling ROM hacks on ebay and Nintendo doesn't seem to care.
Apparently it's mostly to not get fucked by the US copyright, but Sega generally seems to be doing just fine. On top of literally allowing romhacks to be put on the steam workshop, no joke
