@coolboymew You could try writing the content in Markdown and convert it to HTML with pandoc.

@coolboymew Markdown is probably the easiest markup language ever. It's designed to be easy to understand by just looking at it. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Markdown#Example) You can even embed HTML into it if you have to. Pandoc is just a command-line document converter and it supports various document formats.
