Yes, although I don't really see a Big Death happening there. Instead, Africa will become a revolving door of mass births and mass deaths, always keeping the population close to the carrying capacity of foreign aid, whatever amount that may be in the future (it's hard to predict).

Just like the commieniggers in my country saying we can't get rid of the welfare state for the same reason.

The problem with getting rid of "the welfare state" is that I know that there are plenty of good white people who take advantage of it in order to live. At least that is true here in America. There are people I know that are sick and Medicaid is a godsend for them otherwise they would be in hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt. And then there is stuff like WIC and EBT that helps poor white families feed themselves and their kids. The problem isn't "the welfare state" or "socialism," it's fucking niggers and other darkies who hate us yet take advantage of our pro-social systems.

Yeah. Thanks to corporations bribing GOVERNMENTS to impose more market restrictions. Real capitalism hasn't been tried. 
It's a balancing act sure, but the people who take advantage of the programs mentioned, often have jobs. They just have jobs that don't pay well and to be honest that really isn't their fault. This capitalist system is an abomination designed to feed money into the pockets of a few elites and that's it. It doesn't concern itself with the average person and their life.
