@xianc78 @RikaDerufu I've done more for cryptocurrency than the vast, overwhelming majority of people in the world. probably 99.999999% of my assets are crypto, most to all of my bills are paid using it, and i've been pushing for cryptocurrency and ripple(which is better than barter) since before bitcoin existed. I was on CBC back in '13 as 'that weird guy who uses bitcoin'

I'm not a socialist, but a blockchain labor note system would be an interesting project.
also the BoC is at arms length, it's probably more accurate to say that the canadian government is part of a system of management that includes the BoC where there's a modicum of oversight in that the head of it can be appointed or removed
