pizza with knife and fork is me when at a restaurant.
Otherwise it's quite chaotic (I've yet to do it the patchouli way though).

@allison You cut the slices and then take up the slices with the fork.

That said I usually end up using just the knife.

@allison Same, or the knife itself if it's a bit too hot or cheesy/greasy.
