@fl0wnspc I tried one of these a couple of months ago. It ended up failing because the mRNA had to be kept in a freezer at -20C and I left the whole box in the fridge.
I really want to try it again though. I think it's pretty cool.
@xianc78 yeah, that's why I didn't order anything perishable yet. I'm still trying to source a decent centrifuge and thermalcycler first. Proper storage would be nice too but if the primary experiment is ready to run right away a lot of the stuff will last a little while at 0C.
