It actually works not bad. It's pretty limited compared to like, real trackers but those cost like 500-1000cad. This was 25 bucks.

@xianc78 Its just a camera isn't it? The kinect at least has a depth sensor, which makes it pretty good for FBT
@shebang I think it works differently than the connect. The EyeToy uses basic color detection while the Kinect uses machine learning to detect skeletal tracking. This ended up being a problem with the EyeToy because anything moving in the background will be detected and registered.
I don't know if it could be possible to use it with VR but it would have to be used in a place where it is guaranteed that nothing in the background would move.
