First time I've ever experienced a websoyte on Neocities.
The site literally displays just a black page with a massive scrollbar.
Upon inspection, it seems to be trying to load jQuery and Howler from literally Cuckflare.
But since uMatrix (rightfully so) blocks Cuckflare by default, and the locally hosted JS file requires jQuery to function, the locally hosted JS file will also not work.
All the locally hosted JS file seems to do is setting and getting cookies, and doing basically everything that can be done with HTML5 and CSS3 in a more sane way anyway.
