alright i moved poasts BBS server to its forever home (literally) today. properly configured ipv6 support for europoors and phone bbs posters and set it up to reboot daily since its still kinda really buggy

there were some packages that needed upgrades and other stuff as well, so it should all be table now

using telnet bbs.poast.org should connect you via ipv4 or ipv6 depending on your OS level preference

i will work more on this over the next few days to add door games, file hosting and etc @p @coin et al
