@xianc78@alex Which is why I usually say, if you can't host it yourself, never trust it. Unless it's hosted by a close friend of yours you know for sure won't sink a knife in your back.
@xianc78@alex I never said that SoapBox is a service. I know full well that it's a Pleroma FE, I just say you should always host your stuff on your own servers, even Git repositories.
@ryo SoapBox wasn't banned from Gitlab. @alex was just banned from contributing to the Pleroma project. I was suggesting that Alex should write his own backend (or at least fork Pleroma) so he didn't have to deal with the Pleroma crew anymore.
