@feld @Wanyo i think arguing that it's bad to prosecute ex presidents is a bad argument because nobody's above the law. probably should just stick to arguing it's selective targeting. presidents can commit all kinds of crimes and nothing happens but crossing a clinton is not forgivable.

@Moon @feld @Wanyo We all know how the Dems felt when their rules where used against them to get the current SCotUS. DNC has been funding Trump supporting candidates in House/Senate races this year with tons of cash. They supposedly think it will be easier to beat them in the general. So when you get a House full of die hards it will be more interesting.

@thendrix @feld @Wanyo not related to your post but periodic reminder that i'm not pro trump at all, i just think that his treatment exposes how the system aggressively prevents even minor changes from happening outside of the uniparty.
