Homophobia revolves around the idea that women are the "weakest" gender. This is proven by the fact that most homophobes will reject and even harass gay couples while not caring or even show an interest in lewbian couples. The same goes for transphobia. Its funny that most of the hate is directed toward female trans, but there isnt that much complaints about male trans people.

This is because these individuals consider women the weakest gender and the idea of 'becoming effeminated' in any way is considered a symptom of weakness, which the conservative collectives tend to reject.

In the ancient rome, homosexuality was not seen as something bad, though being the one receiving was considered a negative thing for the same reason. However being the one "pitching" was considered OK and nobody cared.

Therefore homophobia and sexism are related to each other.

Some of the most conservative people will still reject both, but thats on religious grounds.

Only because FtMs seem to be extremely rare. All the trans people online seem to be MtFs. It seems like even non-binaries are more common than FtMs.
