You don't need a state to preserve race, culture, religion, etc. And if non-whites are truly against the ideas of voluntaryism, they can set up communes based on whatever political/economic ideology they have as long as it's done voluntarily.
And no, they are not going to collectivize and destroy "white culture". The whole culture war is probably artificially manufactured to distract us from are real enemy (the state and the shadow orgs that control it) anyway.
