@xianc78 I think the geoist approach makes sense when it comes to space - i.e.. actual geometric space between objects - and natural resources, in line with the Lockean Proviso. In the situation depicted in the meme, I'd imagine humanity has replicators, nuclear transmutation, etc., so many of the the natural resources aren't a problem. But there are still needs for raw matter, energy, and space to inhabit. In the frontiers these wouldn't be a problem, but in more developed areas (or smaller ships/habitats) there would be more room for conflict over these resources.
