It's fucking terrible. I've spoken with discord trannies in small VCs where they confess that they want to get out but they're too afraid of being hated. These guys are already strung out and neurotic, which made them easy prey for troons to begin with, so they just aren't stable enough to leave on their own.

It's a very common story within the community that once you're out, if you're not being attacked you suddenly lose all your friends, you have no support group, and few will care aside from the eternal suffering you've inflicted on yourself from the drugs and/or surgery. This is in part because as part of trooning out, it's not uncommon to blindly burn bridges with your former friends.
It's also not exactly uncommon for them to stop taking HRT without telling anyone except close friends or saying "oh it was for a medical reason" as an excuse. I think more people than anyone would like to admit are like this.
