@lavaender There is not. CO2 only makes a small percentage of our atmosphere. And a smaller percentage of that is man-made.

@lavaender Volcanoes, humans and animals exhaling, naturally occurring fires, decomposing organic matter.

CO2 is probably the most common organic byproduct. I still remember in chemistry class, almost any chemical reaction involving organic compounds has CO2 as a byproduct.

@xianc78 Why have all those pre-industrial levels fallen off? The industrial revolution was not so long ago - The planet could not have changed that much in such a short amount of time...
