@xianc78 @Hikik0m0ri_ They should have put their foot down, but it's far too late now anyway, so their best bet is to hope that they managed to dodge the bullet by receiving an injection that isn't the kill shot.
It was all a money making scheme in the end, some get killed by it, most get permanently injured, and a few lucky ones will get away undamaged.

@ryo @Hikik0m0ri_ I doubt most would be permanently injured, at least not in a way that would be noticeable. People would soon wake up and realize what is going on.

Though I don't really consider young people suddenly having to rely on a wheelchair or those walking stick things for the right of their lives as "temporary injury".
