Looking up the Let's Decentralize website to check whether ZeroNet or Lokinet was proprietary soyware (spoiler alert: both).

I found 2, and they share quite a funny contrast.
letsdecentralize.org: "fuck crypto, Web3 is a scam"
letsdecentralize.com: "crypto good, Web3 is the future"

@ryo Both of those are wrong. Crypto is good. Web3 is a scam.

((( Cpyto ))) is a scam for goyim to move away from physical cash

@charliebrownau @ryo I don't think it should replace cash or barter, but it's useful for things like renting virtual private servers or funding FOSS projects.

@charliebrownau @xianc78 I wonder if they'd accept Yen, and I wonder how long it'll take for it to arrive at Mullvad.

@ryo @xianc78

Can you convert Yen into USD and physically send that maybe
or euros

@charliebrownau @xianc78 Currency exchanges are always a bunch of scammers.
You give 2000 yen, and get like 10 US dollar out of it if you're lucky.
In this sense I'd rather get a flight ticket to Guam (the nearest by USSA territory), and get a bunch of (worthless) USD out of an ATM while there sufficient for 2 years of Mullvad invoices.
@charliebrownau @xianc78 @charliebrownau @xianc78 @ryo Most crypto, sure. Monero is the only coin worth a damn.
As for an actual replacement for physical cash, get silver & gold.

@lolicon @charliebrownau @ryo My Dad told me that the real metal you should invest in is lead. I guess that's because people are going to be manufacturing their own bullets when shit hits the fan.

@charliebrownau @xianc78 @charliebrownau @xianc78 @ryo You can't tell me with a straight face that physical fiat cash is something ((they)) want us to move away from when it's their instrument of power. QE is something they can't do to silver & Monero.

@roboneko @lolicon @charliebrownau @ryo They haven't cracked Monero yet, but the IRS has put a bounty on anyone who can find a way to trace it.

@xianc78 @roboneko @lolicon @ryo which is good evidence it's secure. if it wasn't, someone would have collected the bounty
Maybe someone has and they're keeping it secret :tinfoilhat:
@roboneko @lolicon @xianc78 @charliebrownau Any transparent crypto.
Etherium and Chainlink are officially WEF-owned.
Bitcoin isn't, but it's completely transparent, which is good enough for them as they can still glow all over it.
@xianc78 99% of the cryptocurrencies are a scam, mostly because there's almost always either a corporation, or a personality, or a government, or some other centralized dev team behind it.
Then there's bullshit like dev taxes, ridiculously high transaction fees, network being centralized (because they're just too much of a hassle to set up and/or requires ASIC), smart contracts, or something else.

That's why Monero is perhaps the only crypto that's not a scam.
Maybe Haven could potentially be good too, but I haven't looked into it too much yet.

@ryo I meant Monero. I know that most of them are scams.

@xianc78 @ryo @xianc78 Haven is a scam as well. Heavily centralised.
@lolicon @xianc78 I see, I'll add that as a red flag to watch out for while researching it.
But seeing the state of most crypto outside of Monero, I wouldn't be surprised.

@lolicon @xianc78 @ryo

Everything about Christianity is Jewish

@ryo @xianc78

Well, most crypto are basically a fallback to hedge against inflation of the FRN. Of course, you have to get in early, on the bottom floor, for it to be a good enough investment of a couple hundred dollars (basically the amount you would be willing to lose at a casino in Vegas).
@David @xianc78 Using crypto as an investment is possible, but if that's your goal, I don't think crypto is something for you then.
The point is to have an economic system when the fiat soystem collapses, and take away their plans of installing CBDCs by providing Monero instead.
Sure, both are digital-only, but the one is tied to soycial credit, has a certain expiration date, restricts what you can spend it on, can be taken away from you at any random moment, and so on, while the other doesn't come with any of this bullshit.
@ryo @xianc78

For me, at the moment, its merely a hedge against inflation. Unless/until I get a significant amount of wealth I simply cannot invest more than the bare minimum....
